On 21st August, the President of Portugal, Prof. Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, visited the UW to deliver a lecture “The international situation, before, during and after”. “We are eager to develop the cooperation and exchange of students and researchers with Portuguese universities. I am convinced this historic visit will further strengthen such initiatives,” Prof. Alojzy Z. Nowak, the UW Rector, said.

On 21st August, a lecture by the President of Portugal, Professor Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, will be held in the Column Hall of the UW Faculty of History. Registration is required.
