Open call for candidates for rector position at the University of Warsaw
The University Council of the University of Warsaw advises the Rector and the Senate of the University of Warsaw and nominates candidates for the Rector position. To ensure transparency and good governance practices, the University Council announces an open call for candidates who are interested in the Rector position and meet the requirements. The deadline for sending applications: 31st January.
UW Rector on the selection of 4EU+ as a pilot ‘European University’
The European Commission selected 17 European university alliances, which will obtain funding for their projects to become the ‘European Universities’ of the future. One of them is the 4EU+ Alliance. The publication was released by the European University Association. UW is a member of this organization.
2019 European Learning & Teaching Forum
On 14th-15th February, the 2019 European Learning & Teaching Forum entitled “Towards successful learning: Controversies and common ground” will be held at the University of Warsaw. The event is organised by the European University Association (EUA). UW is a member of EUA.
