Welcome Point organised a workshop on public speaking dedicated to international students and doctoral candidates. The event took place on 7th March at the UW’s Faculty of Political Science and International Studies. Registration is mandatory.

The participants of the workshop learned how to:

  • create a structure for effective presentations,
  • formulate the purpose of a speech with clarity,
  • create a comprehensive speech plan for maximum impact,
  • influence the audience using appropriate argumentation strategies,
  • build strong audience engagement.

 

The event took place on 7th March from 10 am to 5 pm at the UW’s Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at Krakowskie Przedmieście 26/28. The meeting was conducted by Michał Skoniecki – a psychologist and personal coach.
