Welcome Point is organising a meeting for all new international employees of the University of Warsaw. The participants will be introduced to the structure and functions of the University as well as the most important formalities related to life in Warsaw.

The meeting will be held on 26th October at the Old Library on the Main Campus and will last from 11 am to 1 pm. It aims at familiarising the new employees with the structure of the University and facilitating their first steps in Poland. The participants will also have an opportunity to socialise and exchange their experiences.

 

After the meeting, there will be a possibility to join the walk around the Main Campus guided by Dr Przemysław Deles, historian and custodian at the Museum of the University of Warsaw.

 

In order to take part in the meeting, the registration via the Kampus Employee (Kampus Pracownik) platform is required. The registration will be closed on 24th October at 10 am.

 

Meeting is implemented under Action II.2.3. “Support of the relocation process of employees from abroad by introducing solutions facilitating involvement of new foreign employees to work at UW and preparation to stay in Poland” of the Excellence Initiative – Research University (IDUB) at the University of Warsaw.
