How to identify and counteract self-saboteurs? Occasional self-sabotage is common. When it becomes a pattern, it can hamper your productivity and happiness.

Tell-tale signs of self-sabotage tend to ignore the positive, form one’s own storage of limiting beliefs and self-judgements, cause acting out of fear and focusing on the past. Creating one’s sabotage patterns helps to be more aware of sabotage and build strategies to counteract it.

Working in a stressful environment and being assessed through achieved goals put an influence on a private life, thus preventing living life to the fullest.

Participants of the workshop will learn how to break free of limiting beliefs and self-judgements. They will be taught to identify and become aware of own self-saboteurs. In addition, practical cases will be studied and discussed.

The course includes:

  • presentation of the most common patterns of self-sabotage: creating a “storage of limiting beliefs” – ignoring the positive and focusing on negative – allowing fear to take over and guide one’s thoughts and actions – focusing on the past – comparing with others – settling for less to be “on the safe side” – mastering procrastination;
  • exercises and tools to find one’s self-sabotage patterns;
  • strategies to overcome weaknesses, creating one’s own strategy and new thinking habits, boosting one’s strengths;
  • exercise: Learning “force-field analysis” and “ants model” to deal with the self-sabotage and inner critic;
  • staying accountable, and some more tips and tricks.
