We are publishing the 4EU+ Alliance’s statement referring to the Russian Federation’s invasion of Ukraine. The Alliance is a partnership of six European universities: the University of Warsaw, Sorbonne University, the University of Copenhagen, Heidelberg University, Charles University, and the University of Milan.
4EU+ Alliance expresses solidarity with Ukraine and its citizens
The whole community of the 4EU+ Alliance expresses solidarity with Ukraine and its citizens, who face the brutal invasion of Putin’s Russia of their independent country. In these dark hours, our thoughts are with all Ukrainian people, especially the students and colleagues who are the members of our academic environments, who study and work at the six universities of the Alliance.
We look into the future with hope, expecting it to bring peace for Ukraine and its people.

The 4EU+ European University Alliance brings together professors, researchers, students and staff from the six leading academic institutions: the University of Warsaw, Sorbonne University, the University of Copenhagen, Heidelberg University, Charles University in Prague, and the University of Milan. They share one vision: to create a new quality of the socially responsible cooperation within the research and innovation, as well as in the education and exchange of their students, academics and administrative staff.
