Welcome Point is organising a meeting for new international employees of the University of Warsaw, which will be held on 12th June at noon on the Ochota Campus. Participants will be introduced to the university’s structure and functioning, as well as the most important formalities related to living in Warsaw.

The main aim of the event is to provide new employees with essential information about the university and to support their first steps in Poland.

The meeting will take place on 12th June from 12.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m. on the UW Ochota Campus. The exact location will be sent to registered participants.

Welcome Meeting is intended for new international employees of the University of Warsaw. The agenda includes an onboarding presentation and networking.

Registration via the Kampus Employee platform (Kampus Pracownik) is required to participate. Registration closes on 9th June at 23:59. Detailed information and the registration link can be found at welcome.uw.edu.pl.

The meeting is implemented under Action II.2.4 “Support for the relocation of employees from abroad and the development of systemic solutions at the University of Warsaw in the area of their adaptation to work and life in Poland” within the IDUB Programme at the University of Warsaw.
