The Center of Polish Language and Culture for Foreigners “Polonicum” organizes a summer course. The deadline for sending applications is till the end of July.
For 60 years, teenagers, students and more mature participants from all over the world have an opportunity to take part in the summer course. The course begins in August and lasts four weeks.
Classes are held from Monday to Friday and last four class-hours per day. There are from twenty-two to twenty-four groups at all levels of proficiency: from a beginner to an advanced.
Beside language, literary and cultural classes, the programme includes, among others:
- screenings of recent Polish movies,
- open-air Chopin concerts in Łazienki Park,
- guided walks round the most interesting places in Warsaw,
- dance classes, where participants can learn how to dance the polonaise.
