The Ombudsman, the Team of Coordinators for Counteracting Unequal Treatment, Discrimination, Mobbing and Other Undesirable Behaviour, Equality Plenipotentiaries, and the Psychological Support Centre. These are just some of the support services available at the University of Warsaw. The UW Equality Team has prepared and published new infographics detailing the forms of support available to the academic community and the procedures to follow in cases involving undesirable behaviour.

There is no place for discrimination at the University of Warsaw. Equality, openness and mutual respect are the principles that every member of the University of Warsaw community should adhere to. The University systematically takes action to foster an environment free from all forms of unequal treatment.

 

The UW operates a support system for students, doctoral candidates and employees. It comprises units and individuals who provide assistance in matters relating to unequal treatment, discrimination – including sexual harassment, workplace bullying, violence, and other forms of undesirable behaviour.

Support services at the UW include:
