In the third edition of the QS University Rankings: Emerging Europe and Central Asia, the University of Warsaw got a 6th place out of 200 of the region’s top universities.
The University of Warsaw is the best Polish university in this ranking. Before the UW were three Russian universities: the Lomonosov Moskow State University, the Novosibirsk State University, the Saint-Petersburg State University and two others: the Charles University in Prague and the University of Tartu.
In the ranking’s categories: “Academic and Employers’ Reputation”, “Staff with PhD”, and “Citations per Paper” the UW got good ratings. Generally, our university received 90,5 points out of 100.
