Pre-Welcome Days 2026 are online meetings for newly admitted international students. The event will take place on 11th August and 4th September.
During the Pre-Welcome Days international students will receive valuable information and practical guidance on:
- preparing for arrival in Poland: essential steps to take before travelling to Poland, including travel arrangements, required documents, and useful tips to ease the transition;
- University of Warsaw dormitories: various accommodation options offered by the University of Warsaw, accommodation;
- legalisation of stay and visa issues: Welcome Point experts will provide detailed information about the legal requirements and procedures for obtaining the necessary visas, ensuring legal status during stay in Poland.
Events will take place on 11th August and 4th September at 10:00 AM.
