On 25th–27th September, the 4EU+ Alliance Annual Meeting will be held at the University of Warsaw. The UW Volunteer Centre is looking for students who would like to get involved in the organisation of the international event. The deadline for submitting applications is 13th September.

The 4EU+ Alliance consists of eight European research universities: the University of Warsaw, Charles University, Sorbonne University, Heidelberg University, the University of Copenhagen, the University of Milan, the University of Geneva, and Paris-Panthéon-Assas University.

The cooperation between the institutions concerns conducting joint world-class research, study programmes and educational activities, doctoral candidates training, initiatives related to innovation, technology transfer and the social responsibility of universities.

Once a year, representatives of the 4EU+ partner universities meet at one of the member universities to discuss their collaboration and make plans for the future. This year’s meeting will be held on 25th–27th September at the University of Warsaw.

Eager to get involved

The Volunteer Centre of the University of Warsaw is coordinating the recruitment process of UW students who would like to become volunteers at the event and support its organisation.

The 4EU+ Annual Meeting at the UW will be an opportunity to gain experience in organising large international conferences, meet members of the 4EU+ academic communities or learn about the Alliance itself.

UW students fluent in spoken English (B2 level) can apply.

Those interested in applying are asked to send an e-mail to wolontariat(at)uw.edu.pl by 13th September, noon. Applications should include information on the chosen rounds (days and times), level of English language proficiency, and confirmation of availability for the organisational meeting.

Detailed information about the call can be found on the UW Volunteer Centre’s website >>

A meeting with all volunteers will be held on 23rd September at 15:00– 17:00 on the UW main campus.
