International employees of the University of Warsaw can sign up for an online course on the Polish language. Classes will be held twice a week between January and March 2025. Enrollment is open on the Kampus platform until 20th December.
The 30-hour course is free of charge and will be run online by the Centre of Polish Language and Culture for Foreigners (Polonicum) team. There will be four different levels: A0.2—second trimester for beginners, A2.1—upper beginners, B1.3—intermediate, and B2.4—upper intermediate.
The training is addressed to UW international employees who hold an employment contract, particularly academic staff. Employees who do not work as academic teachers must send a permission form signed by their immediate supervisor to the UW’s Welcome Point. The supervisor’s consent template (Word >>)
Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to participants continuing the courses. The confirmation will be provided when the application is verified (after the registration deadline).
To take part in a course, one should log in to the Kampus platform (CAS account required). Registration is open until 20th December, 12 pm.
