On 9th April, the University of Warsaw launched a review on social needs and living conditions of our students. The questions were available until 13th May.

The comprehensive survey aimed at understanding social needs and living conditions of the student community of the University of Warsaw. It was conducted in accordance with the guidelines of the University Teaching and Learning Council by a team of representatives of the Office for Innovation in Teaching and Learning (the Education Quality Evaluation Unit team), the UW Students’ Union and the Workers’ Initiative. The survey encompasses opinions of people who study at the University of Warsaw on various aspects of student life, as well as challenges and requirements of the overall student experience.

All students of the first- and second-cycle study programmes, and the uniform studies were encouraged to participate in the survey. The questions were available until 13th May.

As the University of Warsaw is committed to academic excellence and student welfare, the survey encompasses various aspects of student life, including academic support services, housing, work, financial resources, health and disability issues.

The survey was conducted via the Ankieter system, allowing students to provide feedback anonymously.

The results will be analysed and, subsequently, actionable recommendations will be formulated to address the identified needs, and tailor the University support services more effectively.
