On 26th June, the Senate of the University of Warsaw unanimously adopted by acclamation the resolution on declaring support for the actions of the authorities of the University of Warsaw towards the protesters on the Main Campus on 11th and 12th June 2024.
The Senate of the University of Warsaw, while sympathising with all victims of the conflict in the Middle East and respecting the right to peaceful forms of protest, condemns all forms of violence, including those that disrupt the order of the academic community and escalate aggression.
The Senate of the University of Warsaw expresses its full support for the Rector’s authorities and their actions to ensure safe working and studying conditions, as well as the peaceful manifestation of views on socially relevant issues.
