UW Welcome Point organises Pre-Welcome Days 2025 for international students. The event will take place on 6th August and 9th September online.

Pre-Welcome Days are designed to offer essential insights and support to international students ahead of starting studies at the University of Warsaw. Event will be delivered in English.

During the Pre-Welcome Days, Welcome Point will tell about the essential steps before departure to Poland, including travel arrangements and required documents. Students will receive information about the University of Warsaw dormitories, and will learn how to apply for accommodation.

Moreover, participants of Pre-Welcome Days will receive information about the legal requirements and procedures for obtaining the necessary visas, ensuring legal status during stay in Poland.

Event will take place twice – on 6th August and 9th September at 10:00 am.
