The National Science Centre announced the 3rd ranking list the MINIATURA 8 call for proposals. Among the laureates, there are four representatives of the University of Warsaw. The UW researchers have won eight grants, altogether.

MINIATURA funding is allocated for single research activities, which are not and have not been funded from the NCN or any other sources. Research can be conducted in one of the following forms: preliminary/pilot studies, library and archive searches, fellowships, research visits and/or consultations. The main objective of the call is to finance research activities for the purposes of future research projects to be submitted to NCN calls for proposals as well as other national and international calls.

In the first, second and third rounds of the MINIATURA 8 call for proposals, the NCN allocated grants to eight researchers from the UW. Other grant winners are:
