Why should you care? Investigating the evolution of parental care in fishes or Biophoto cells and algae: green economy – these are just two examples of the events which took place during this year’s edition of the Biologists’ Night organised by the UW Faculty of Biology.
The Biologists’ Night was organised for the twelfth time at the Faculty of Biology, University of Warsaw, from 13th till 15th January. The main theme of the Night was water – source of life – present and future.
The programme of the event consisted of many interesting lectures and workshops, two of which were held in English: Why should you care? Investigating the evolution of parental care in fishes and Biophoto cells and algae: green economy.
The Biologists’ Night was conducted online. Some of the workshops were recorded and then stored on the YouTube channel of the Faculty of Biology. The participants of the Night could join live lectures and workshops via ZOOM platform and the Night’s Facebook account.
