The University of Warsaw was celebrating the days of student culture during jUWenalia on 10th and 11th May. This year, the organisers allocated 8,000 free tickets exclusively for UW students and doctoral candidates. On these days, the classes were suspended, allowing attendees to fully immerse themselves in the festivities.
jUWenalia is an annual music festival that is organised by the University of Warsaw Students’ Union. This year, the festival features an exciting lineup of performances.
On 10th May, the event provided a platform for emerging talents from within the academic community. The music band AntyRefleks, the Stage4YOU winner, opened the festival. During the first day of the event the stage was graced by performances from renowned artists, including: Sylwia Grzeszczak, Smolasty, and Myslovitz. On 11th May, the concerts were played by Lordofon, LemON, Tymek, and Bambi.
The first round of free tickets was made available on 20th March, ensuring that as many UW students and doctoral candidates can participate in the festival.
