An information and education campaign entitled “Your mind – your strength” is currently underway at the University of Warsaw. The initiative, entitled “Your mind – your strength,” is addressed at the entire academic community. It highlights the importance of caring for mental health, building awareness of prevention, and the belief that each of us can influence our well-being, emotions, and inner balance.
As part of the “Your mind – Your Strength” campaign, carried out by University of Warsaw Psychological Support Center (CPP UW), a guidebook devoted to mental health care and building mental resilience was created.
“The guide shows how small, everyday changes can significantly improve your well-being and quality of life. It contains practical tips on, among other things, coping with stress, regulating emotions, caring for relationships, rest, contact with nature, and limiting information overload,” says Katarzyna Stankiewicz, head of CPP UW, adding: “Each of us can influence how we feel and how we cope with everyday challenges. We want to show that building mental resilience starts with small steps and forming good habits.”
The campaign, carried out by the University of Warsaw Psychological Support Center, is financed from the prevention fund of the mutual insurance company TUW PZUW.
