The University of Warsaw Botanic Garden is once again aglow with over a million colourful, energy-efficient lights. Visitors can wander through forty dazzling light stops as the MagicalBotanical exhibition brings the story of the four elements to life. The exhibition will be open until 15th February.
The 2025 edition of MagicalBotanical features 40 light stops and a million energy-efficient, colourful LED lights. Visitors will discover both beloved installations from previous years and entirely new LED sculptures making their debut in Warsaw. Free tickets are available for students, doctoral candidates, and staff of the University of Warsaw.
MagicalBotanical is on display at the UW Botanic Garden (Al. Ujazdowskie 4) until 15th February, from 5 PM to 8 PM.
Due to the presence of protected and animal-toxic plant species in the Garden, dogs and cats are not permitted within the exhibition area. Children should be accompanied by adults.
Owing to the historic character of the site, the number of visitors is limited, and entry with bicycles, scooters, or sledges is not permitted.
Paths through the Garden of Lights are suitable for pushchairs and accessible to visitors with limited mobility; however, snow may occasionally impede movement.
A special offer is available for the UW academic community: the Garden provides one free entry per season for UW staff, doctoral candidates, and students. Tickets can be claimed via the ticket purchase page using a code from the My UW Account system.
