The UW Interdisciplinary Centre for Mathematical and Computational Modelling Open Science Platform has launched an informational website for users of the University of Warsaw’s research data repository. The website was created for researchers seeking practical information on using the repository and research data management principles.

The UW Research Data Repository enables free, long-term storage and open sharing of research data from all disciplines. The collected resources include data generated as part of research conducted at the University of Warsaw or in collaboration with the university.

The Open Science Platform of the Interdisciplinary Centre for Mathematical and Computational Modeling (ICM) of the University of Warsaw has launched an informational website for repository users: info.danebadawcze.uw.edu.pl/en/. It includes:

• instructions for using the University of Warsaw Research Data Repository;
• practical tips on preparing, storing, sharing, and reusing research data;
• detailed information on the National Science Center’s guidelines for data management plans;
• accessible definitions of key terms related to research data management and an overview of the FAIR principles;
• answers to frequently asked questions;
• explanations of legal issues related to the opening of research data.
