On 2nd September, Prof. Alojzy Z. Nowak, the UW Rector, handed out the letters of appointment to thirty deans of faculties and heads of units for the 2024-2028 term.

“I would like to congratulate you on your election to the important positions of deans of faculties and heads of units. Elections are always a time when candidates are evaluated. You have been assessed very well by the communities of your faculties and units,” said Prof. Alojzy Z. Nowak, the Rector of the University of Warsaw.

 

The letters of appointment were handed out to twenty-four deans of faculties and six heads of units.

 

The ceremony was attended also by the UW Vice-Rectors: Prof. Sambor Grucza, Prof. Ewa Krogulec, Prof. Zygmunt Lalak, Prof. Adam Niewiadomski and Prof. Maciej Raś.

 

“In the name of the whole Rector’s team, I would like to thank the Rector for an interesting four-year cooperation. My thanks are also addressed to you, the deans and heads of units. We formed a good team and could support each other,” Prof. Sambor Grucza, the UW Vice-Rector for Cooperation and Human Resources, said.
