Every day, someone takes their first step at the University β whether in their studies or in their academic career. Every day, we take steps to enable the University to respond to contemporary challenges. Every day, we seek answers and share knowledge. Every day, we push the boundaries of what is already known. Together, we shape the future. We invite you to watch the first video marking the University of Warsaw’s 210th anniversary, featuring the University’s Rector’s Team.
βThe University of Warsaw is 210 years old. We are beginning the celebrations of this wonderful anniversary. These 210 years have been a time of major events, tremendous achievements, marked by excellence in teaching, as well as active participation in social, political and economic life. Every day at the University of Warsaw, we have reasons to be proud β of our outstanding academic staff, our exceptional student community, and the conviction that the work we do is conscientious, meaningful, and beneficial to society,β says Prof. Alojzy Z. Nowak, Rector of the University of Warsaw.
To mark the University of Warsaw’s 210th anniversary, we are launching a series of videos in which members of the Rector’s Team share how we shape the future every day.
