International, sociological symposium “Life-World, Intersubjectivity and Culture: Contemporary Dilemmas In Memoriam Richard Grathoff” will be held on 25-26 September at the University of Warsaw Library.
The symposium is dedicated to the memory of Professor Richard Grathoff (1934-2013) from the University of Bielefeld, an outstanding social phenomenologist and sociologist, an Honorary Member of the Polish Sociological Association.
The symposium is organized under the auspices of the Polish Sociological Association, with the support of the Institute of Sociology at the University of Warsaw, the Institute of Sociology at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, and the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Lodz.
