Please be advised that medical facilities providing COVID-19 vaccinations can inform people whose applications were submitted by the University of Warsaw about their vaccinations dates very promptly. These dates can also include Saturdays and Sundays. The University of Warsaw does not influence a vaccination schedule. When coming to a medical facility to get vaccinated, it is needed to take your ID an initial screening interview questionnaire, completed on the day of vaccination. Please check your e-mail, phone calls and text messages (SMS) regularly.
