Graduates or final-year students of first-cycle studies can apply for a place on the elite Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s programmes offered as part of the 4EU+ Alliance. Environment and sustainable development
Global Environment and Development (MERGED) is a joint two-year Master’s programme offered by three member universities of the 4EU+ Alliance: the University of Copenhagen, the University of Warsaw and the University of Milan. Students learn how to address interdisciplinary challenges related to renewable environmental resources and sustainable development.
During the first year, all classes are held at the University of Copenhagen. In addition to standard lectures, numerous field classes and workshops are planned. In the second year, students can choose one of two specialisations: Sustainable Environmental Development (offered at the University of Warsaw) or Agricultural Development (offered at the University of Milan). At the University of Warsaw, studies are organised at the University Centre for Environmental Studies and Sustainable Development (UCBS).
More information about the MERGED programme, including the application procedure and available scholarships, can be found at merged.info >>

- comparative environmental policy (University of Heidelberg);
