On 22nd March Welcome Point is organising the next edition of the Career Planning workshop open to all long-term international students. The registration deadline is 14th March.
The international BA and MA students of the University of Warsaw are invited to participate in the next edition of the Career Planning Workshop, conducted by an expert, Dr Joanna Jasińska. The workshop agenda includes:
- familiarising participants with the current trends on the Polish labour market, the expectations of employers and methods of effective job search,
- clarification of skills and predispositions and individual professional goals of workshop participants,
- creating a platform for exchanging experiences of workshop participants related to searching and working in Poland
- discussion on the rules for creating application documents (CV and cover letter) and their preparation,
- creating (general) vocational activation plan for each participant,
- simulation of interview with the employer regarding work – self-presentation.
The event will be held on 22nd March from 9:00 to 16:00 at the UW Faculty of Modern Languages.
