Applications for dormitories for current students

Applications for places in the University of Warsaw’s dormitories for the 2026/2027 academic year are now open. Students and doctoral candidates at the University of Warsaw are eligible to apply for accommodation. The first round – for current students – runs until 28th June. The second round – for newly admitted students – will take place in August.

Applications for accommodation in the University of Warsaw dormitories for the 2026/2027 academic year are now open. Students of the University of Warsaw may apply for a place in a residence hall. Students completing their first-cycle (Bachelor’s) studies who intend to continue their education at the University of Warsaw may also apply during the first round. Applications may also be submitted for a spouse, partner, and children.

 

The first round for current University of Warsaw students run from 8th to 28th June.

 

The second round for candidates admitted to studies for the 2026/2027 academic year will run from  3 rd to 19th August.

 

Applications must be submitted electronically via the USOSweb system. Before applying, please read the detailed information on the allocation rules and the required documents.

 

When applying for a place in a residence hall, applicants are required to submit an income declaration. For the 2026/2027 academic year, the declaration is based on income earned in 2025, taking into account any changes in financial circumstances that occurred in 2026.

 

The University of Warsaw offers accommodation in seven student residence halls. Information on locations, room standards, facilities, and accommodation fees can be found on the website of  the Student Welfare Support Officein the “Dormitories” section.
