The 4EU+ Alliance, of which the University of Warsaw is a member, is organising another edition of workshops on Open Science. During the online meetings, participants will learn, among other things, what bibliometrics is and how to search for suitable journals for Open Access publishing. The first meeting is scheduled for 13th March.
The Open for you! series is an online training programme for the academic communities of 4EU+ Alliance member universities, which provides an opportunity to learn more about the idea of Open Science: the principles of open scientific review, FAIR, open software and citizen science.
The first event in the next edition of the series will take place on 13th March at 2 p.m. During the introductory webinar, participants will learn, among other things, what Open Science is and what its significance is for the contemporary research ecosystem, and whether sharing research results contributes to greater transparency and scientific integrity.
Further webinars and workshops are scheduled between April and June. All events will be conducted in English by experts from member universities of the 4EU+ Alliance. Registration is required.
The classes are aimed at doctoral candidates, researchers and anyone interested in Open Science. Detailed information can be found on the 4EU+ Alliance website: 4euplus.eu >>
