Academic Partnership for Innovation in Teaching and Learning

The International Academic Partnership Programme is an initiative of the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) that aim is to develop durable solutions in the area of scientific cooperation. Selected universities will form a partnership with other international institutions. UW submitted a project called “Academic Partnership for Innovation in Teaching and Learning (API)” and received funding for its realization. UW will collaborate with the universities which belong to 4EU Alliance.

“Academic Partnership for Innovation in Teaching and Learning (API)” is one of 30 projects that were selected by NAWA within the International Academic Partnership Programme.

 

The University of Warsaw and other 4EU Alliance universities: the Charles University, Sorbonne University and Heidelberg University will work together in order to develop state-of-the-art educational materials, tools and techniques, specialized and creative exchange programmes for students and staff (academic and administrative) and increase mobility among the partner universities.

 

Each university agreed to:

  • organise one meeting and one short module programme,
  • actively participate in all the events organised by the partnership,
  • actively work on the innovative educational materials, tools and techniques, their implementation, evaluation and sustainability measures.

API project will start on 1st December and last until 20th November 2020. UW received approx. 214 000 EUR for that project.
